Zapallar, Chile

This is a family vacation home, located in the rocky and steep terrain, facing the Pacific Ocean connecting the road level directly to the sea. The first platform on the street level and the main floor contains the garage, the entrance to the house and the master bedroom. The living room, kitchen, dining room and part of the terrace are located on the lower floor; and the four capers for guests with their respective bathrooms are on the ground floor. All rooms enjoy n excellent views of the sea and the rocky coastline, they are very bright and have direct access to the outdoor terraces that form a constant seqence in the landscape. The house was built entirely of exposed concrete, with a finishing finish and a patented construction method, consisting of prefabrication of structural panels that integrate a rigid metal mesh that is fixed directly to the light mold plywood.
