The timber is carefully charred by hand to highlight the aunthetic grains and one of a kind grooves, and then suspended within liquid acryclic. The acrylic seems to magnify the detail of the wood. And such a juxtaposition – raw, natural branches, frozen forever inside crystal clear acrylic. The tables seem almost living – preserved for eternity.
